Zoom control
So I've got about an hour in and I've got one piece of feedback for the Devs. I don't like the zoom. Actually I don't like two things about it.
1) Whenever action occurs the camera zooms in to a preset distance which I find to be too close. I feel like I can't see. The first thing I do after every advent action turn is to scroll the camera back up. Its already annoying after one hour of play.
2) When I zoom out with middle mouse button or the Z key I have to hold it to maintain that view distance. If I let go it snaps back.
I'd prefer to be able to scroll zoom in and out to the desired level and have it stick. Not sure why the game would have been designed this way.

Amen, this has been killing me the entire time I have been playing. Im about to tape the Z key down. This seems an unwise decision. Especially since the keybind is called Toggle Zoom.

Found this while browsing this morning. Going to try it tonight and see how it works.

You can zoom back and forth with T and G keys.

Oh thanks. Does it stick? Or reset during soldier selection or action turn?

I'm pretty sure it stick for the whole mission.

Thanks for the heads up on the T and G key. Totally changed the play experience for me.

Thanks!

I don't know why; when I installed the game a few days back and stopped because I couldn't get the zoom good, I had tried G and T keys, which didn't do anything. It worked now, though.
