-german with light saxon accent
-english with some accent (but not actually german)
-english from "herman zee german"
all presented in a really dark and dirty voice...
We need something like Lev "Kosmanwt" Andropov (Armageddon) - he is one of my Grenadeers :) - maybe Peter Stomare would make some voices with his fantastic accents?

I had two Australian accents to go with : 'Crocodile Dundee' and 'Arguably British'
Maybe thats the point. DLC that exists already but not included in the final product because they can sell it later.
Would it be hard to mod the voices from the last xcom game into this one?
JohnnyLump made it for XC1, so...
Also I could probably make german with russian/east european/slavic accent in style of Lev Andropov...
@Commander Schwepard: I would like Crocodile Dundee :D I think we could find enough people who record about 100 voices. All we need is someone who makes the modding and gives us a list of the phrases/situations that are needed...
Seems as if they lost the Files? Maybe somethin will be delivered later?
I will try to make my own sound packs now and will post wehn it workes... If it does, wie will need russian people who record their voices and can build russian voice packs...
Edit: I found out: they seem to not have been able to finish russian and polish - the files that don't work have the "Russian & Polish\Missing Russian" in the header. The working ones don't. The seem to have taken the russian voicees from XC:EW and the rest replaced by voice synthesizer files (some maybe russian, some english) - sounds kinda funny - i will make a Youtube file.and post it here...
As far as I recall,. the polish and russian didn't come with EU but EW, so in XC2...
I'm onm it, about 200 files are missing, but thgey could be replaced with 1 sec of silence ;)
And many seem to bee corupted - has someone a clue how to figuer out which .ogg is working and whichone is not without playing and deleting every single one? Is there a format/ file extension for synthesizer files?
