How do i know the War Of The Chosen dlc is active/going/enabled?

It is not obvious to me in any way that it is enabled the dlc. I've searched old threads and people mention an ''launch options menu'' that opens up whenever you click play but it is nowere to be seen, i've saw people saying about it enabling it in the launcher but i don't see anything there either, just a mention that i do have the dlc.

The opening cutscene is longer and has a Reaper in it.

Are you on Windows or MacOS?

Edit: On Windows hold CTRL while clicking the play button in steam then the game will load to the pre game options menu.

Weird, not only it isn't working (i tried on r6) but even on properties it doesn't show the launch options (R6 is showing launch options on properties as usual)

Are you choosing WOTC chosen in the launcher?

How do i choose it? It is just listed under additional content and saying i have it on steam

Below the play button you select either XCOM2 or XCOM2: War of the Chosen to launch.

Do you have the WOTC DLC activated (with a blue tick next to it) in your STEAM library?
