How do I climb buildings?

Like for real I cant figure out a way to get to evac zone because its on top of the roof and I dont know how to make my soldiers move up from ground level. send help im dumb

There are pipes you can climb, usually when mouse over evac on top, It will auto find path.

If you're using mouse, scroll up when checking movement options and it will take you to accessible tiles up a level from where you currently are. If an evac is on the roof, there will be a couple of different routes to get up via pipes and/or ladders on the building. Sparks can jump and don't need to climb so they can usually take a shorter path, and if you have a grapple suit you can also grapple up.
