How to build Gremlin MK II?

I'm a bit confused. I have killed MECs and performed an autopsy. For a few different games I saw Gremlin MK II in my list of build items in Engineering, but it no longer appears as an option.

I'm not sure why, or what I need to do to get it back as an option. I really want to upgrade those gremlins!

Weapons tab? Or bug.

Try to get Sectopod and see if Mk3 is also missing.

You only have to buy it once and it upgrades all your specialists to carry it, much like armor and weapons.
