Skirmisher retribution hit chance?

been playing WotC since release and i just got back playing and i dont remember my skirmisher ever missing hits with the retribution ability (the one that give him free melee hits in enemy action)

But just now i had 4 enemies just running away and each one of them was a miss, wtf i did not even know it can miss but as this is the case then how much is the hit chance on retribution?

So the end result is i lost my skirmisher on my I/L run cause of this kind of ♥♥♥♥. If i knew the ability got changed or if i just been lucky the million of times i used it, it would been nice to have the hit chance noted in the ability discription...

I've had a few misses. But they were always high evade archons

melee is never 100% hitchance as long you dont use a Templar, Assassian Katana or bolster Soldiers Aim with PCA and covered Ops Rewards. this is specialy adviseable for the Skimisher because his Rope Skils also depend on that.
Scopes dont help because they only boost the aim with the Gun they are installed on, Mellee and Skills cant Profit from that.
im a little puzzled that you try L/I and not even know the basics?

It is basicly a Bladestorm the Ranger get but with another name.

I am pretty sure it is a reaction attack like overwatch and bladestorm so 0.7x aim.You can download show hit chances or similar mods too.It missed a lot for me too.

Dude, what do you mean by "try L/I and not even knowing the basics"?
i got over 1.5k h in the game, i completed the game on L/I so many times i lost count and i never played the game on any lower difficulty both vanilla and WotC.
So i belive i do know the basics pretty good in this game.

I am just suprises over the fact that i never had that skill miss before and did not even know it can miss and that is why i am wondering what the hit chance for it is cause there is no way to see it.

I've put a lot of time into the game as well and I don't recall my skirmisher missing with his reckoning. In fact, just today an elite spectre created a shadow of my skirmisher and when I dashed my ranger past the shadow to slice the spectre, my skirmisher shadow cut him down with reckoning (which I had forgotten about). Total face palm moment for me.
