You never had cyborg mechs before that.
Spoiler:
Let me remind you that storyline wise, Enemy Within never happened in reality but only in the mind of the commander as a simulation.
Summary since you didn't pay attention to the storyline:
Xcom: Enemy Unknown starts, Xcom survives only a couple of months and than the commander is captured by the aliens. He (you the commander) spends the next 20 years having combat simulations run in his head by the aliens.
Most of Enemy Unknown (including winning) and all of the DLC (including Enemy Within) never actually happened in the reality of the game universe.
The story in Xcom2 covers this (you even save the commander as the first mission in the tutorial...) and the prequel book (to Xcom 2) covers more depth of that as well.
So, Shens last gift? Yea, that's what he was actually working on back in the day. No genetically modified troops and no mechs.
For example, right now I'm supposed to choose between Intimidate and Wrecking Ball, but I can only click Intimidate.
are you not playing in wide screen? spark doesn't come anywhere near the skill selection box for me (1920x1200)
can you turn him sideways?
i know you can spin them around in customization, i dont think ive ever tried moving them during skill select, but its worth a shot
yea i just tried turning it during level up and used left mouse to click and drag so that works too
