Mod location
I've just started playing again and after installing the game and mods I went into alter the config of one of them (per the instructions on the page and it's one I've used before so I know it's suppose to be there) but the XComGame folder has NO mod folder. I've started and played the game and cheat vest (the mod in question) shows up in game so I know it's working (as does the voice packs I'm running).

Any idea where steam is installing mods nowadays?

Steam - SteamApps - Workshop - Content - 268500
All the folders in here are a bunch of numbers. You can copy the page url from the mods workshop page to find its number.
