Constant stuttering

Hey guys I played like 1 year ago and the game was running fine, bought it yesterday tried to play and i got constant suttering, i checked gpu usage and it drop to 0. Some people encounter this problem too ? ( got last driver )

Yea same as me, but i don't get crashes only stuttering and my gpu usage drop to 0. I hope there's a fix, it's the only game i got this issue..

Limiting the framerate didnt work. But then I swiched from fullscren to borderless windowed and enabled framerate smoothing. I think that did the trick.

Nevermind.
I tested some settings and now I am completly lost. I saved right before the crash so I can easily replikate it and try some stuff. With the mentioned settings I got it to work only one time, thats it. After that all of my tries were crashes even with the same settings as before.
