If it's the former then some more details would be appreciated. System specs; base game or WotC; modded or not; all missions or some missions etc. etc.
WOTC Modded (and I do now have the mod button on the launcher). Good job 2K.
Not modded, launching WotC when crashed.
I crashed on multiple missions, everytime it crashed during loading mission/exiting mission.
System is win 10 pro, and hardware is definitely enough for this game.
Run Verify files in Steam.
Load a mission (so the game crashes), then post a copy of your launch.log (in the My Games folder) to pastebin and link it here. There may be a clue in there.
