console commands and modded characers

is there a way you can use console commands on modded characters like the modded playable aliens and if so would any1 be so kind 2 tell me the console command 2 change their stats-i tried with the normal means but doesnt apply

yeah um sorry 2 say it didnt work-thx 4 trying 2 help out
