How do I stop "dark events"?

Hi all,

I don't understand these "dark events." The game tells me they're happening and even how long it will be until they're complete, but it doesn't tell me how to stop them. Is there a mission I'm supposed to do? Is it something else? When I click on them, nothing happens.

Sorry if this is yet another stupid question. Thanks in advance for any help.

There's only one blacksite, and neither the blacksite nor the facilities you're confusing it with have anything to do with dark events.

You can generally at best stop one (two if you get a lucky break with a event) so you need to decide whats the worst of the three and deal with that. Sometimes they wont go off by the time the next round of missions comes up and you stop the ones that you missed before but its not a thing to rely on. The second chance event is a scannable location of the map.

Unless your playing with Grim Horizon on its never a major issue if something happens (aside from the Doom Track maybe ticking over into endgame)

That's totally a LW2 thing. Also it's facilities. There's only one blacksite.

Missions that has a Green marker will stop Dark Events. It tells you wich Dark Event completing that mission will stop. Events already active can not be stoped but goes away after 4-6 weeks unless you play on Grim Horizon then they are permanent.

You know how you get multiple missions at one time to choose between from? That's how. They'll show up and you'll have to choose which one to do.
