Server down??
I keep getting Xxom 2 War Of The Chosen is not responding..

You only have servers when you are in a MP game. Single player games (or at least the SP part of games) don't have them. The problem will be on your end.

If in doubt start with validating game files.

if it's not responding, that's usually a performance issue, so usually:

1. Your PC not powerful enough
2. Your PC not powerful enough for the game + whatever mods you have installed
