Logi Overlay has stopped working

Just got a new computer, all updated and shiny, and I was working my way through the xcom titles. Just finished xcom enemy within a few hours ago, decided to load up xcom 2 WOTC. After spending some time picking a few mods I loaded it up. A few minutes into my flipping around the character pool the game crashes with two pop ups. One the standard "Xcom2.exe has stopped working" the other saying "LogiOverlay.exe has stopped working." I've only seen that error once, when playing Total War 2, and that didn't happen so close to the game start. Sooo...any idea how to fix this? I don't know how many games this will screw up, but I have yet to find any fixes online, since they all talk about how it effects controlers. I only use mouse and keyboard, and I havn't changed them in over a year. Heck, I used the same mouse and keyboard to play this game on my old computer!
Any words of wisdom would be deeply appreciated.
