WOTC console commands

So I was playing around with the console commands for WOTC and noticed that there were some significant differences from the base game. Specifically, the goal was to figure out a way to activate the world buffs for hacking(see below for the codes for the vanilla game and the location where they were published). In the original game there were three main buffs that could help you out. However, when I tried the codes, nothing happened. Does anyone know what the updated strings are or if there is a way to pull up a list of console command variables? I was looking in the .ini files and found some of the console commands, but nothing related to those hack rewards. Any help would be appreciated.
