Change class mod/console command

I want to play with the new classes and psi operatives.

The normal way is to play the faction introduction missions. You get Dragunova, Pox and a (random) templar.
While I like these characters, I'm looking for a way to change my soldiers into those classes.
I also don't want to recruit new characters.

With console commands, you can type "MakeSoldierAClass" to change that soldier into the class you want. But it doesn't always work perfectly. My results so far:

Reaper: This one works perfectly.

Skirmisher: Works but I have a glitch when trying to grab an enemy. (justice ability or something). The soldier will stand in a T-pose, and I have to wait a few seconds till the enemy comes to me. I should be seeing a grab/pull animation, like when Pox uses it.

Templar: Works, but also has a glitch. The templar has a different stance. Regular soldiers have laid back, by the book etc. If you change a regular soldier this way to a templar, it will still have the regular stance. He looks like he's holding an invisible assault rifle. But besides that the animations work.

Psi Operative: Works partially. I think this console command changes the soldier to the psi operative from XCOM 2 vanilla. Void rift inflicts random status effects + random mind control. Even though the ability says it only inflicts random status effects.
I also see some missing discriptions, and training with the Psi Lab can cause some glitches.
It's also annoying that I can only train rookies to psi operatives.
If I want a particular soldier to become a psi operative, I have to let them do nothing till I get the psi labs. Then have them train for 6 million years, and after that they are good. But then I miss out on the bonding mechanics, which I really like.

Are there any mods that changes soldiers into classes that I want?

Ok. I found out that the mod "Use My Class" does exactly what I was asking for.
Unfortunately, the mod "More Starting Soldiers" gives you soldiers with random promotions, and bypasses Use My Class.
