Best Sharpshooter Ever

So after ignoring this soldier throughout most of the campaign, and already having a sniper with rapid fire and shredder I tried this one up just so all my soldiers can be Colonels Was not expecting this! lol.

So that's Hail of Bullets, Chain Shot, Rapid Fire and Shredder all on the same sharpshooter. Is there any better combination of abilities. Is this the best possible sniper you can have?

Well, hail of bullets is pretty useless on a sharpshooter since it doesn't work with squadsight and cannot crit. But to top it all of she should have rupture(which does work with squadsight, btw).

Shredder is nice, chain shot is nice, rapid fire is okay, hail of bullets is not great on a sharpshooter as KRON said (although you have it on sergeant level so at that point of the game when aim might still be low, it could be useful). I like deep cover with aim but its not a game changer.

What stands out to me though is that you have 170 xcom points unused! What the hell are you saving them for? I pretty much use all of mine up the minute I get them. lightning hands is a must have and quick draw too, especially when you get your hands on the dark lance.
