PSA for those who have trouble getting the game to run on their dedicated graphics card

I had an issue where XCOM 2 WOTC would run on my integrated graphics card over my dedicated graphics card when I got a new computer. The fix (windows 10) is to set it manually.
right click on desktop >display settings > scroll down to graphic settings > browse > and add xcom.exe from ..:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\XCOM2/XCOM2WarOfTheChosen/Binaries/Win64/XCom2.exe
Click on options button and set to high performance. Problem solved. Leaving this here in case it helps anyone else.
This fix should (in theory) work for other games that may have similar problems. Just find the exe and you're golden.
