XCOM 2: War of the Chosen, "RELEASE DATE: 3 Dec, 2018"

Any idea why the Steam store page and Steam Database list War of the Chosen as releasing on 3 Dec, 2018 when even Steam Database has the price listings going back to summer 2017? I know this wasn't in Early Access until December (I mean the last news for this game is in October)

I blame the Tactical Legacy pack. When it released, it was free for anyone who owned WOTC.

December 3 was the date TLP was separated from WOTC.

Its a weird Steam thing.

Ive seen it with a few games when a new DLC rolls out.
