The damn DJ boat mission

Managed to get to the boat and destroy the equipment by keeping team close together and rushing it slightly (well ish, there were only 3 turns left to destroy it), but there are now around 20 chryssalids
attacking me and just destroying me, 7 damn nests things as well so loads more to come

edit: died massively, and on the 2nd and 3rd attempt.
Am I approaching this mission the wrong way or something? I am normally quite good at this game, but not today.

As I remember that mission, I had no issues moving and killing and making it in time so that I wasn't overwhelmed. I don't know what to say specifically, sorry.

Just be more aggressive i think, kill the crysalids before they get the civilains and multiply. keep killing the newly spawned ones or they will pileup on you. dont bother too much about cover or anything, it doesnt work with them anyway

cheers, 4th attempt it was fine, it was just those damn nest things before, on one game there were at least 5, and it was just destroying me. For some reason 4th attempt they hardly went for the civilians.
