What to sell on the black market?

I never know what to sell or what i will need in the future.

Is there a guide or some general rule of tumb to follow on this subject?

So far i know i should keep everything until i get the "instant research" option, since it needs the corpses to unlock. But assuming i got the autopsy done, i am not aware of what will be needed later in the game.

LW2 or WotC? Keep your Advent Officer and I think it's 4 or 8 troopers for some early items. There are some tech trees that may help, too.

in LW2 there is a mod Blackmarket usage - very helpful. it is the answer

I rarely sell stuff cause its not necessary. Even on legendary you get like way more cash than you could ever hope to spend. You get cash left and right. I just sell corpses mostly not for money but because I dont like rotten corpses on my ship.

I generaly sell my tier 1 weapon mods your basic stocks and whatnot for 10 credits each.

because the randomized loot drops seem to give you more stuff if your inventory isn't full of garbage stuff. so I clean it out every month of the stuff I'm not going to use.
I generally buy elerium for Intel and sell elerium for cash, if you can wait till it sells high its quite a windfall.

but yeah unless something is selling high I don't really consider selling it much on the black market aside from junk loot.

Basically for something like 13 intel we get 40 elirium, which turns into 200-400 supplies. Nice tip! ty

not sure how you get 13 intel elerium, for me its usually in the 30 range for like 40 elerium which sells for 120 regularly or if I wait for it to sell high, like 400 yes. Its usually better than Intel for supplies straight. but yeah I normally do that for the bulk of my funds.

I was talking from memory. I double checked now,

It costs 20 intel for 40. And normal selling price is 5$, so 200$ total. I am guessing special price is double, so it goes up to 400.

It's my first run so i am exploring all the techs and items, wasting a lot, so i am always starving for supplies... but i can see how in a run where i know exactly what i need and what i am doing it can be plenty for just focusing on the essentials.
