Grim horizon makes late game more interesting and, what is more challenging in my opinion, is that you are forced to decide what dark event you are going to have to counter with your guerilla ops rather than deciding what rewards you are going to go for.
I love beta strike because soldiers don't die so easily, but the aliens don't die so easily too. As you know it's double HP on nearly all units so the berserker has, I think, 56 HP. Archons 48?HP and ♥♥♥♥ing Warlock somewhere aroung 110.
The relays are also double HP too. THe ones you have to protect; it's easier. The ones you have to destroy will get a little more annoying, if you are short on turns.
The chosen sarcophagus has 160 or so, which means you will have to "kill" the chosen about 3-5 times before you break their stasis thingy and terminate them for good. If this is something that sounds interesting to you, check that box. (I'm not being sarcastic here :P)
