Crash and Debugging
So lately I got WotC and got a bunch of mods (of course), things were fine, game loaded fine, game started fine, no issues, played for at least a dozen hours, save, quit, do something else, come back, load game, play more, quit, sleep, try to load the save in the morning and boom won't load.

I know the general process of disabling mods and seeing if the issue persists but I was wondering if there was an easier way to narrow down which mod might be causing the issue? I ask this because it's kind of sporadic if the issue happens and then it's after trying to load which is going to take a tremendous amount of time if I try and figure out which mod it is by disabling them. I have this error log:

[0088.90] Log: Loading Map Phase 1: Stream Parcels
[0088.94] Error: (RemoveNetObject) Object Texture2D EnvCubes.RidgecrestRoad.RidgecrestRoadCube_Blurred:CubemapFace5 with invalid NetIndex 194 (max: 181)

But all it sounds like is it's failing to load something in the map, which is weird.

In my experience the map packs on the work shop while being quite good and entertaining to play have the side effects of hammering performance. This is due to the fact they are bigger, higher and have more shinies than the standard maps.

Also, a general rule of thumb I would use in xcom2 is dont end a session in a mission. Your last save of the day needs to be on the geoscape. That way if you get problems like this they are generaly recoverable. If it turns out your problem is in a map pack and you have saved mid mission, your foobared. You need to look at your list of saves and go back 2-3 when you have one outside a mission.

If your not using any map mods, then yes I agree its weird.

Unfortunately not running any map packs so very odd indeed. Doubly unfortunate is that I am playing ironman. That's good advice though I was actually thinking of doing that.
