Menu screen only showing Reaper soldier.

i loved the menu screen for the oritional xcom 2, how it showed my best soldiers looking badass and everything? War of the chosen did it for a bit too, but now no matter how many times i play, or how many levels my other soldiers get, i only ever get one image on the menu screen, a reaper standing in front of the Avatar Project container that the commander was trapped in for twenty years.

shouldn't it be showing off my soldiers in the different locations we've visited more often? no mater how many times i load / unload the menu screen, it's always just that one soldier. i want to see MY soldiers dangit! what gives?

try progressing the story a bit more, think it went away for me when i finally built the shadow chamber.

Because it's fixed it for me.

When I've had removed mods still associated with my save game the only shell screen which displays is that Reaper one with the Commander's tube

If I use that mod to disassociate the unused mods from the save game I get all the other shell screens too.
