Extremely Slow Load

I don't know what mod it is or what other factor it can possibly be but this game is getting on my nerves with borderline Commodore 64 slow loading time.

Yeah, that's your issue right there. WOTC will greatly speed up loading times for you.

I have WOTC. There ARE some real enhancements to the game in that particular DLC. However; I would rather perform a visectomy on myself with a wooden spoon, than go through that again. A real shame as, like I say, there are real performance improvements, and some great game-play features,(I find "The Lost" particularly fun), but they don't make enough Xanax for me to sit there listening to the constant nagging, yapping, and Chosen, interupting everything every 30 seconds.

and what are the problems with it? most of the things i see are just new enemys and better missons

Game loads amazing for me, almost always quicker than bradford's speeches. (which isn't saying much lmao)

Just on WotC the slow loads could be caused by using the Firaxis launcher with mods:

On the base game and RAM usage. Awhile ago I installed a bit of software called CleanMem[www.pcwintech.com] (freeware, $5 for Pro which I've never seen a need for) and that really helped with RAM usage. Again with a heavily modded game.
