Healing Soldiers??

I dont get it..how the F... can i heal my soldiers?? and how can i get negativity away? pls some1 help me

I think you can heal your injured soldiers faster if you have an Advanced Warfare Center on your ship

You have to wait for them to heal.
It has a construction that reduces the time for them to return to action, if you put an engineer there it improves even more.

With war of the chosen it's called infirmary and you should get it early on in the game, just after researching "alien biotech".

If you then place a engineer in the infirmary (the options at the upper screen border) the soldies heal twice as fast. You can also place a soldier directly to remove any negative trait he/she got

If the situation is getting out of control you can also change the type of scan that the ship does to help the recovery of its troops

In battle you heal them with medkits or if they have negative mental effects in battle you stabalize them or revive them. When not in battle you just have to wait or build an infirmary and speed up the process and remove negative effects like fear of sectoids or something

Ok, understand. Is it also Possible to decide with who i go in a mission or is it always random soldiers

If you hover your mouse over a soldier in the mission prep screen, there's an option marked "Remove". Click that, then click on where their info screen was to go through your roster and choose someone else.

How do i Increase Energy and Contacts?

By building facilities: Power relays for energy, resistance comms for contacts. You can also upgrade those facilities and staff them with engineers to increase the output. Resistance comms will become available after some research.

And you can get Scans or Covert ops (I assume you play WotC, because of negative traits) to get energy and contacts.
