Stupid robots
Im trying to complete mission here with have "easy" tag but I encounter squad of stupid robots that basically one shoot half of my squad on 1 round. What im supposed to do I just keep reloading from save but even hacking the robot always fail. And even worse if I manage to survive for first round those bald guys appears and just take in control my units so I die again..

The best tactic I can suggest is to keep your troops far enough apart that they aren't all killed by the robots' area fire. But at the same time, make sure all your troops have a line of site to to robots.

Just to make it an even bigger pain in the ass, you need to wear down their armour before they take any damage. As I said in my review of XCOM2; it's challenging, it just isn't fun.

Robots and sectoids hardly move in one pod, so it seems that you are engaging several enemy-pods at once. Check this forum for general advice on tactics and watch a few letsplays on youtube, that should help you.

Problem 1 :-You keep reloading and trying the same or similar tactics. This never works in xcom2. You have to mix it up and try new stuff.

Problem 2 :- Your engaging multiple pods at the same time.

If you engaging robots you need to spread your guys out to reduce the impact of aoe damage.
Your opener should be a grenade onto the full pod. They dont use cover so will all be exposed.
With a 4 man squad you should be able to kill all 3. The only issue comes when they drop into overwatch on activation. This is the one you focus fire on first, so you can move guys into cover if needed.

If the enemy has armour, then you have options to reduce that armour always. There is never a time when you dont have the tools you need.

The default sectoid is rarely a challenge on any skill level.
If you have a melee class, just stab it and it most likely will die.
If you dont, remove its cover or flank it and shoot it.
If it mind controls or raises the dead. Kill it.
If your realy struggling then take a flash nade to use on it, although an explosive grenade is generaly a better choice.

What were the classes you took on the mission?

well i figured out. it was a rescue operation so after like 20 tries i finally found out a way where aliens doesent go and i just runned straight to the heli pad ignoring the robots running after me. they was just too slow to catch me.

Man, you are really bad at this game...

if you manage to kill a robot and autopsy it you can make bluescreen rounds and EMP bombs at the foundry with the bluescreen protocol project.

after thats complete pay 75 to make some bluescreen rounds which add +5 to damage vs robots, which basically negates the damage reduction from armor and if you shred the armor the robot takes 5 more damage than normal.

the sectoids are a non-issue having only 8 HP. Legend difficulty expects you to take one out on gatecrasher with your rookies. a ranger with blademaster should be able to kill them with a single slice

Vs Bots ~ have someone remove some of the armour with a grenade or skill and with as many other people in full cover try to burn the bot down. Cover wont stop them from killing your dudes but will reduce the chances of it happening. Try to spread out so they are less likley to use the AoE explosive.

but srsly

use cover as much as possible and deal with your first problem before engaging more problems

EMP and Bluescreen should do the trick, Grenadiers with the ordenance pack you can have 2 normal and 2 Emp grenades, they reduce robots HP quick and fast, you could also equip Bluescreen into your Snipers that have squadsight and use them for far away while having a Ranger to scout the area, the normal way to reduce robots health would be explosives but EMP and Bluescreen are a better choice overall
