Does War of the Chosen ever go on sale?

I've really wanted to get back into this game after I've replayed the game on every difficulty and done just about everything.
I really wanted War of the Chosen but I've never seen it go on sale yet and I'm too poor to get it for $40

XCOM2 is on sale pretty much every single month as part of just about every "event" steam does.

WOTC had a 66% off sale last week. The base game and other DLC was 75%.

It was on gamebillet. I bought it for like 22€.
