Alternative Mod Launcher is Hiding Current Mods

I'm having the darndest time getting my mods up and running again after a long break.

First I couldn't get AML to recognize new mods I'd subscribed to. Then AML redownloaded EVERYTHING. After that, I'd been having soo much trouble getting the game to launch. It turned out the my current settings wouldn't work on my new monitor, so deleting the config folder fixed that.

Lately, I was able to load in to the game, but it didn't actually load ANY mods. Even with just Capnbubs' cosmetic pack enabled, AML is being completely impotent.

What is going wrong this time?!

Maybe uninstall and reinstall AML? I have weird problems sometimes when I sub/unsub in steam while AML is open
