Which one is better, will one be good paired with a later ability?

Death from above is really good with with hunter chosen weapon.

Death from above is better with hunter weapon. And it lets you re-load on the same turn you kill something with a normal sniper rifle.

Quickdraw is used more often to soften targets death from above you won't notice to much but later on you will notice a larger impact than quickdraw.

It's virtually the only thing that's even a choice for most of the game so just get both using training center.

I generally take quick draw first due to its utility applications with, for example, lost and the difficulty of sniper rifle ammo constraints early on. Both are good though, and ultimately I'm getting both.
