Power relay questions

Hello, quite a lot of time played and stopped because can move on of need for power. So after some time come back to finish this :)

When I click on power relay (I already upgraded it and have 2 engineers assigned) I still get active "upgrade" button. If I click it I see two options (power conduit and elerium conduit) but they are greyed out (I have enough resources, but maybe not enough power to upgrade ?). Now my power situation is 38/39. What maximum output can be ? I can't do anything because I have not enough power..

best case for power is building the energy room on an alien coil, scan 1 or 2 bonus +3 energy scansides and you have enove power for all rooms (at least when you build the power hungry psi center on the second alien coil)

Building a Resistance Comms on a power coil is better than building a relay on it. You get most of the power savings immediately rather than waiting for the building to finish to benefit from the coil (and you get the rest of the savings when you upgrade it).

Power plants do not need additional power to upgrade. If it is greyed out, you must be lacking some resources. Specifically, resource you lack should show in red.

Power coils should be used with Shadow chamber and Psi lab.

But I really have full of resources. No empty space for another building.

Now I have alloys 112, elerium 45, supplies 1268.

So maybe it is just already updated, but then why I have active "upgrade" button..
