How to shut Bradford up?

I love the guy but its getting really annoying having to hear him say his lines over and over again when i'm trying to pass time, gather intel & get supplies.

Is there anyway to get him to only speak on missions or prevent him from talking at all when your at base?

Edit: Forgot to mention that i DO NOT have WOTC nor LW2 or whatever it is.

Tried all of those and whilst they help, They don't shut brad up as much as i want.

I want these lines to just be disabled and remove the camera animation/lock
