Does it have a turn limit or time limit?
I always want to play this since it launch but I recall hearing something about there being a limit on the game.

Is there a limit to how many moves you do on every mission or is like Dead Rising where you have a certain fix time to complete the game.

some missions are timed, however war of the chosen has added abit more variety and the missions are not timed as often as they are in the base game.

There are many Missions with fixed Timer (even with WotC, when ppl say its gotten better with it i dont want to know how it was without it, only played the game with WotC)
get to this Container=Timed to reach the container before it self destruct
get to this Transmitter and destroy it with explosives=Timed to reach and deploy the explosive with very few turns, but expandable by destroy beacons (and blow u cover with that)
get and evac a Friendly VIP=Timer how much turns u have till each not evaced teammember counted as loose
and so on....

there are missions without timer in wotc, but i say 80% have a timer.
Whenever a Choosen appaer to meddle with u, the timer get frozen until the choosen is defeated.

I think the simple answer is, no time limits, just turn limits on some missions.

''cough'' Avatar project ''cough'' but than again, it is very easy to manipulate in WOTC with the covert ops now.

Many Missions and the overall game has a “time” limit. There are two advanced options that double the mission turns and the required blocks to complete the Avatar project if you feel they are too strict. WotC introduction of covert ops allows you to play the game indefinitely without mods.

there are turn limits. you can get mods to extend timer or get rid of it all together

in Vanilla the limit to the game is quite long even if you don't modify it in the ini.

might be a little tight on the highest difficulty if you want to get a squad of 6 psionic ops fully trained up

but yeah easy enough to beat the game within the time provided, assuming you manage time properly.
