Report a translation problem
The first mission isn't and evac mission it just ends, on missions where you must evac if you leave a dead soldier on the ground and they have unique gear it is gone forever. The only case where you can save a down soldier is if you evac them while in bleed out mode.
But if you are doing the first mission and lose a team mate you may want to start over and rethink your tactics. As this is the easiest mission on any level of play.

but no. dead people don't magically be revived at your base, theres no ressurection priest you pay 100 gold per level to to raise your fallen.
