Where can you find the mod .ini files?

I noticed that a lot of mods say that you can change things in the ini files, where can you find those?

<steam folder>\steamapps\workshop\content\268500
contains all of the workshop mods for Xcom 2. the steam installation folder is c:\program files(x86)\steam by default for Windows.
To find the folder for a specific mod, the id number is in the url for the mods steam page, at the end where it goes ?id=<id number> .

If you use the alternative mod launcher, aka, community mod launcher, then you can edit the .ini files right from the launcher.
