Controller + Keyboard with WotC ?
I like to play my XCOM 2 lazily lyin' on my sofa and therefore using a controller. While in XCOM2, I could use the keyboard alongside, to rename soldiers or change nicknames. Since I installed War of the chosen, using the controller completely disables the keyboard !
Anyone else experiencing that ? Right now, I have go back to main menu, switch to mouse, do the name changes, go back again to main menu and switch back to controller .... It's a bit of an hassle ! So is there a solution or better workaround ?

I use Xpadder to bind the keyboard/mouse controls to my 360 controller. Then you can leave the controller option off. I too lazily lie on my makeshift sofa :).

There are other free programs like Xpadder.

Thanks but I got controller companion as a last resort ;)
I kinda like the native XCOM2 mapping (used to it) and it worked fine with keyboard until WotC ...
Well, if nothing else i'll have to reproduce the mapping with CC ^^

Hmm, there's probably a way to enable the keyboard in one of the .inis.

Found an interesting section in the documents/my games/xcom2WotC/xcom game/config/xcominput.ini:
GFxUI.KeyMap]
FullKeyboard=1
XboxTypeS_DPad_Left=Left
XboxTypeS_DPad_Right=Right
XboxTypeS_DPad_Up=Up
XboxTypeS_DPad_Down=Down
XboxTypeS_A=Enter
XboxTypeS_B=Escape
Gamepad_RightStick_Left=Left
Gamepad_RightStick_Right=Right
Gamepad_RightStick_Up=Up
Gamepad_RightStick_Down=Down
XboxTypeS_LeftThumbStick=LeftMouseButton

If your .ini has Fullkeyboard=0 setting it to =1 might be interesting.
