Bug with upgrading facilities?
I have the necessary power and supplies to upgrade some facilities, but when I click "Review Upgrade", I cannot actually perform the upgrade. Did I hit a bug or am I doing something wrong?

You have allready upgraded the building.

There are 2 states. An upgrade button and a review upgrade button.

If you can see review upgrade, you have allready upgraded and its just showing you what you have allready spent and the benifits you gained.

Thank you. I looked and you are quite correct. I was confused because I misunderstood what the upgrade for the Ring did (I thought it added the ability to run a second parallel mission).
