Reaper utility items?

Reaper dont have utility items slots? Any way to change it by ini edit?

Or just learn the tactical rigging skill if it's available at the training center / during a promotion to use one utility item.

Just spend some AP's to get the "tactical webbing" skill. All the faction units I've had so far have had that available as an "xcom" bonus skill, although annoyingly at the Colonel level for one or two! 10 (IIRC) AP's well spent.

Ok so i have bad luck dont see tactical rigging/tactical webbing skill aliavable. I fought i will have at least + 1 utility slot with plated reaper armor...

Like I implicated, what rank is the reaper? Although I can't say for sure, that all my faction classes have had tactical rigging seems more than a conincidence, although some of them got it as their Colonel level "xcom" ability, while others at the sgt/lt level.

Not all of them get it. My Skirmisher isn't leveled fully, so I can't speak to that one.. out of the others my Reaper and Templar both got it. My second Reaper (the only "new class" soldier I've managed to recruit.. want a couple more Templars so damn bad) doesn't have it and she's fully leveled.

I've gone through like, ten partial playthroughs at this point, and tactical rigging pops up seldomly. I think I only ever got it for a Reaper once.

Well there you go then, with thousands of players, you do end up with random outliers! Like I intimated, I could have sworn based on my experience that the tactical rigging perk was rigged to occur. 10 partial playthroughs though? You have a lot of free time .
