Does killing a chosen slow the avatar project?
Got me a full avatar project and no intel left to get to a base, but I have a choosen assault mission. I just dont want to do it if im gonna lose anyways

No, it doesn't.

There are resistance missions that take 2 blocks off it though. Did you check?

Dont panic. You still have plenty of time. even when the Project is full you will have like 20 Days to make a mission to drop down some points of the Project to reset it. And you have that "Option" over and over. Its reseted :)
