How do you install war of the chosen?

I know i must be stupid but ive bought the expansion but i cant seem to find out where i intall it.

It should install automatically. If it doesn't, restart Steam or tick the DLC's checkbox in your library.

In Steam Library - uncheck and check the DLC War of the Chossen.
That will force steam to download it.

Im oddly enough having the same issue. When i clicked install games, nothing happened.

Then when i search the expansion in the store it says "In Cart" when i already got confirmation that I purchased.

It installs as DLC for the main game. Install XCOM2, then make sure in your library that WotC is listed as installed and you should be good to go

It downloads and installs itself automatically. YOu don't have to do anything.

If it isn't downloading after that. Make sure it is checked and restart steam.
To see if it starts downloading.

Otherwise if you are in a .... less developed region.... ( no offense )

Sometimes the servers have not been updated with the file and you may have to wait before it can be distributed to you.

Ok fixed it. Had to go to the store page for woc and click play now to force it to download.

None of the solutions in this thread have worked for me. I tried ticking and unticking WotC in the DLC menu, restarting Steam, and hitting "Play Now" on the store page for the DLC. Still won't download.

Update, I have also tried clearing my download cache and verifying integrity of game cache — still no dice.

Have you tried changing which steam server you download from? choose a different town or country in your region. ( steam .. settings) , you have to restart steam for this to take effect

Assuming its out in your region it should happen automatically but as other have said restarting steam or ticking it on/off inthe DLC tab ususally makes it work.

PC or Mac or Linux? If one of the last 2, then you must wait, because this version are not released yet.
