WotC activation code from gamersgate not working?

Has anyone had any issues with their activation codes from gamersgate? I live in Canada and each time I attempt to redeem the code it says it is not available in my country as the error messege.

I have ordered from gamersgate in the past and there didn't appear to be any regional issues, so does anyoner know what gives?

UPDATE: So I got a refund, nice and easy. Support got to me 4 hours after I sent the ticket in.

I imagine you'll have to speak to Gamersgate themselves, they may have sold you a region locked code e.g. Russia.

Gamergate keys seems to be EU Regionlocked. So you are fine. The others should contact the Support

I have the same problem as the OP. My activation code does not work in my country.

I've sent a customer support ticket to gamersgate. They responded with an apology, they will be refunding my money and ask that i 're-purchase' the game again as they have solved the activation code problem.

I'm not so sure that I'm going to buy WotC from them again.

I sent a ticket too because I had the same issue. Hope they answer soon, otherwise I'll have to chargeback for the first time in my life.

Your late to the party. Gamersgate has been sending out keys that were locked to EU. And their support has been making is as easy as possible to refund and rebuy for a correct key.

Apparently not easy enough because I have yet to get my refund.
