Damn. My GMG key came about an hour ago and it worked without a problem.

They do...if purchase doesn't work etc I have received refund from them in the past.

I emailed them and requested a new key, or a refund. I haven't heard back and I decided to give them a bit of time to issue some NA keys.

I think I had this problem once before, and after a few hours later the key they gave me changedand the new one worked. Of course it was so long ago that the part of me wonders if it actually happened.

I guess I will find out later today if they fix it or not.

I'm also in this boat. Apparently, the US isn't the "right country" for the key Gamersgate sold me.

I got my greenman key just over an hour ago and when I put it in it works but I did notice it says "(Europe)" after the name of the game when steam says what it is after registering it.

They just refunded me in blue coins (their store currency) with it I was able to buy another copy, which worked. Downloading the expansion now!

Well the game no longer shows on the "my games" list so I assume I got a refund. . . right?

I cannot activate the key before. But now they give me back in Blue Coin so I can purchase new key. And now I have already activate this new key. Case closed.

Not sure if you have to contact them first. I e-mail them with my username , e-mail and tell which country I'm in and the problem is solved in a minute

Lucky for you. I sent them a similar message three hours ago, and haven't heard anything.

Same boat here, another Canadian. Hopefully they issue NA keys soon. GG has questionable customer support at times it seems - anyone hear from support in Canada?

Edit: blue coins & game no longer in my account. Refunded I assume?
