Advanced Psi Amp?
what does it do? how much damage does it inflict? does it boost the soldier's mental status? the descrpitions are pretty blend, so can someone explain? Thx

AdvancedPsi Amp increases damage on psionic perks by upgrading(replacing) your perks to a stronger version. When an Advanced is used your psionic perks on the soldier gets stronger. How much variate from one perk to another.

Just like with guns, tier 2 is better than tier 1 and Tier 3 is the best (vanilla wise of course). So yeah, Advanced Psi Amp is a step up from the starter Psi Amp your Psi Ops start out with.

lol, for some reason I don't have any psi soldier, so I didn't know abou tit :P

Yea it's weird how the game allows you to spend resources on that even thought you might not even have a psi chamber. The Psi Chamber should be a requsite to making the psi amp upgrades IMO. Won't have any effect for those who are using Psi ops, but will make the upgrade not appear for those that aren't using them.
