LW2 Haven Management Question
So I was messing around with Long War 2, the new mod that i'm sure most of you are aware of. I was looking at the Haven management screen and the options of supplies, recruits, intel. I was wondering if there were any reasons not to just switch all resistence members to supplies right before a supply drop and then switch back to intel, etc. Is this an oversight by the mod developers or is there any downsides to doing this? It just seems broken if not.

Yes there is a downside

A I do Belive faceless sap more supply's the more you earn

B the Actually proved downside is
Rebels take time to collect supplies

So you wouldn't net a lot of benifiets of you did that

Interesting. So when you say that the rebels take time to collect supplies, does that mean the amount of supplies I see in the top right corner isn't the amount you'll get when the supply drop happens if you make the changes the day before the drop?

IIRC that is the amount you get if they took the full month to get supply's

Hmm. I'm not sure about that. I mean if they would present estimates on supply drops instead of actual values, then that would lead to a lot of confusion and disrupt planning out expenditures. Which is a big layer to the base management strategy of the game.

i figured that personnel on the supplies job produce them over time, gathering them in the supply drop, similar to the intel generated by personnel on the intel job.

Oh okay. I misunderstood you Jester, but that completely make sense now. I hadn't tested the mod out much yet and took a break when I posted this as I ran into two huge bugs in a couple of attempts. Thanks for the clarification though guys. Much appreciate.
