Razer Mano'war No Sound [fixed]

Taken me about an hour to fix this so posting here so that someone else doesn't get caught out...

I have a Razer Mano'war 7.1 wireless headset which is set as the default audio playback device. I also have an ASUS Xonar DX soundcard, which is enabled but no longer in use. Sound works fine in other games and applications, but for XCOM 2 it was absolutely silent in menus, game, everything. Checked all playback channels for every playback device and while XCOM 2 was listed, it wasn't showing any audio output in the Windows 8.1 audio mixer.

Fix:

Open Razer Synapse.
Select Razer Mano'war.
Go to Mixer.
Open XCOM 2.
See XCOM 2 listing appear in the Mixer list. Notice how it is muted.
Unmute XCOM 2.

Fixed.
