You don't need to use Cheat Engine or anything, most "cheating" can be done by editing the .ini. files or adding mods. What exactly do you want to do with your game?

there's really no need to use 3rd party programs for xcom2. Just enable the command console and do whatever you like. If that makes any sense to you.

VAC banning is only a thing on VAC protected servers and games. XCOM 2 doesn't run on servers nor does it even use VAC to begin with, so probably not.

Thanks guys, also, i just learned about XCOM 2 built-in Console.

Note: I was playing Long War 2 on legend since i beated the game once on Legend, and i lose badly...Cheating is the only way to save me.

losing on legend in long war 2 seems legit (I never played vanilla xcom 2 and long war 2 on veteran is extremly difficult for me tbh) BUT with that playtime and no achievements you didn't beat the base game on legend (probably)
