First of all, try to log in to http://aurakingdom.aeriagames.com/ with your AERIA account (not Steam account). You should have created one / linked one when you launched the game for the first time through Steam.
Next, look at the top of the screen. There should be 3 buttons there:
- 1. Shows the number of AP you have.
- 2. Shows your Aeria Account Name.
- 3. Shows the language of the website.
If your 1st button shows "Error" instead of a number, than you have to contact our Billing Team - your account has probably been flagged by our automatic security, so sending a ticket to our Billing Team should clear that out (and your AP should re-appear). You can contact them here: http://www.aeriagames.com/contact/billing
While your AP shows "Error", you won't be able to buy / spend AP.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT refresh your ticket. Send the message once, and wait for an answer. If you -bump- your ticket with a new answer, your ticket will go back down to the bottom of the queue, thus making the wait much longer.
Open the item mall, and click the ap button on the bottom right (next to webshop button)
It will let you purchase with Steam wallet.
