Driver problem, evident in the faulting module "Fault Module Name: nvwgf2umx.dll"
Its an Nvidia driver file its complaining about. I would recommend.

1. Doing a clean uninstall of your drivers and install the latest ones from Nvidia/Geforce website.
2. Update your Directx libraries ( can be downloaded on microsoft website ).

I have tried following your advise and still have a same appcrash coming up.

Could you advise anything else ? ;(
