Experiencing an odd graphical glitch
I'm having this glitch where white lines form on the character models.

It looks a lot worse in game while moving around and you see the lines very clearly.
I'm not forcing any settings from Nvidia control panel. I'm running the game with a GTX 770 4GB with the 344.11 drivers.
I've tried fiddling with every in game graphical setting but the lines still remain. I tried digging though forum posts online if anyone else is having this issue but so far I haven't found anyone else post about this.
I've no idea what could be causing this, has anyone here seen an issue like this before?

having the same trouble like you on a gtx 760 sli system. i even found out that a guy on a gtx 970/980 has it.. i tried lot of things from NVIDIA INSPECTOR, FORCEWARE DRIVER, INGAME SETTING nothing helped only a update can help maybe.
i even had lot issues on SSAO where some rooms were dark as hell and when i put the camera to a spedified posi it worked normal or videos wont be shown normal...

Damn, I kept hearing how this game is a technical mess but didn't expect it to be this bad.

true. thats why i play most games cracked by the warez scene... and than buying games... this game shows me why i dont buy every game every time... im glad x rebirth was 1 of the games that had no glitch on graphic even when the fps were terrible on a single gtx 760...

Use the command vt_maxaniso in the console: set its variable to 3 or less (4 is default).
You can use it in a config file placed in the \base game folder and make it execute automatically by using the command +exec config.cfg (you can change the name if you want) in the game command line parameters.
Here's my config.cfg for reference, for greater graphics:

seta image_anisotropy 16
seta image_useCompression 0
seta r_useHardwareTextures 1
seta r_useNewPrivateLighting 1
seta vt_maxaniso 3
seta vt_maxlockedpages 32768
seta vt_qualityDCTChroma 100
seta vt_qualityDCTLuma 100
seta vt_qualityDCTNormal 100
seta vt_qualityDCTPower 100
seta vt_qualityDCTSpecular 100
seta vt_qualityHDPDiffuse 255
seta vt_qualityHDPLossless 1
seta vt_qualityHDPNormal 255
seta vt_qualityHDPPower 255
seta vt_qualityHDPSpecular 255
seta vt_uncompressedphysicalimages 1
seta vt_uncompressedVmtr 1
vt_restart

EDIT: oh, and don't force anisotropic filtering in your graphics driver control panel, let the game handle that.

Thanks, I'll give that a try. Though I finished the game and that was the only part where that happened. I don't know if it's the rain effect or the rain coat that could be causing it but nowhere else thoughout the game did I experience that again.
