Your issue is probably fixable with a simple driver update. But again the problem is your card is also below the minimum required (GTX460) so your framerate might be unplayable.
Well I did update it to Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 but it's still showing up with a black screen and only the intro sound :( I know the freezing and stuff has nothing to do with my video card so I'm still trying to fix it..... Also, I downloaded Awesomenauts and it worked 100% fine so I looked to see the minimum requirements to run and play it, and my stuff is below the requirements and the game runs completely fine....
Yes but they are running completely different engines. Awesomenauts uses a less demanding engine obviously, I mean look at it lol. I'm telling you now bud, the Intel HD 3000 even if you do fix the black screen, will struggle to run this engine properly. The major thing with this idtech 5 engine that this game uses is dedicated VRAM (Video Card RAM) as high resolution Megatextures are streamed real time, Intel HD chipsets I believe use shared VRAM which is way too slow. This game is demanding at least 1GB VRAM for minimum settings/ low resolution and Intel HD chipsets do not have dedicated VRAM. big problem there. But its not all about VRAM, it demands power, which Intel HD chipsets dont have, they are not designed for complex 3D Rendering (Gaming), only for simple desktop use, movies, etc. There are a few games that are "playable" with it, but those games most likely have less demanding engines.
If you still dont believe me, go on youtube and look up Evil Within playing on a Intel HD 4000, its way faster than your 3000 but see how much it struggles to keep a playable framerate on the lowest settings. Ontop of that check comparisons of a GTX460 vs Intel HD 4000's, HUGE difference, it shows the big difference between a integrated chipset and an actual dedicated video card. Older gen dedicated video cards would still run circles around Intel HD's when it comes to gaming I'm afraid.
You are simply hardware limited in this case I'm afraid.

Man this blows... Waste of $60....
Now do you think this whole issue could be because of how low my Graphics card is? If so, what do you recommend that is a very good graphics card. A price preferably between $100-$200... Because if the game is freezing and acting like this because of my graphics card being so low, I wouldn't mind investing into one so this wasn't a waste.
But your laptop doesn't even come with a dedicated GPU which means there most likely isn't even a slot for a video card I'm afraid. The most you can upgrade is your RAM and HDD like most laptops, updating the GPU is almost impossible unless you have those custom gaming laptops again. But high end gaming laptop GPU's actually still struggle to run this game fine, I've seen some people on here with GTX800m serie's that have performance issues and those are the most powerful of laptop GPU's right now. Laptop GPU's are simply alot weaker than their desktop counterparts because of obvious reasons like size/power/cooling, etc.
If you are this serious about playing PC games, it would be better to invest in building a gaming PC. save up $1500 and you can have a beast PC that'l last you years.
